This was a REALLY great webinar. As someone who was formerly in charge of trying to make a county's digital presence and communications accessible, I identified with a lot of Karen's observations and also learned a LOT from some of the actions she's taking.
For me in particular, I thought she nailed it with these key aspects to building a full-picture culture of accessibility:Tracking, Training, Testing, Intake.
Most importantly, it happens one step at a time! Every new learning experience, every effort taken, makes a difference and moves you forward.
