Please confirm why you are raising this request: a citizen might cite their “Right to be forgotten” which is a right guaranteed by GDPR which all councils and government agencies must comply with vs. removing a duplicate profile for the same user or email.
A “soft delete” can be carried out in Customer Service Hub by an admin or CSA, however full deletion throughout the entire govService platform can only be carried by our Support team. CSAs also have the option to merge duplicate Self or Service profiles, as well. See our FAQ on that process here [link to FAQ 1]
To perform a “full delete” of a user from the govService platform, please raise a Support ticket with the customer’s name, address and email address. UCRNs, if known, are also helpful to confirm that the correct user is being removed.
