Hi,
I have a process stage being triggered automatically by the filltask API. This works and it sends the expected email on completion.
Unfortunately, that stage needs to perform a lookup on a local database in order to collect some information that is available there rather than being passed from the previous stage. It seems from my testing that, if I trigger the stage manually, the lookups will run but if I trigger it via the filltask API, these lookups will not be triggered.
Can anyone confirm whether this is indeed the case and, if you have encountered it, have you found a way around it other than passing in all required information as part of the initial escalation?

Hi Simeon, I had the same issue a while ago and raised a support case. The response I received was that autolookups will not run when a stage is called by FillTask and I haven't found a workaround unfortunately!

Hi Simeon, we have a very active group of govService users (and Granicus staff) in the UK & Ireland group. I would recommend posting this question there for a quick and thoughtful response!

I'll give it a go. It was the sort of question that, to me, might have received a better answer if it's audience was as wide as possible. It's not always easy to know how best to direct things to an appropriately knowledgable audience.
