Can you change the colour of the form section tabs and buttons from light blue to something else?

On govService forms, by default the form section tabs are a very pale blue. Also, the back, cancel and next buttons, etc are all pale blue. Is it possible to change these to match your website colours and if so, where in the settings would this be changed? Assuming it can be changed, does it use standard HTML colour codes, such as #000000 for white and #FFFFFF for black? Thank you, Gary

Hi,
you can change these in your CSS.

The CSS file is linked to from Self admin > General 

Then scroll down to CSS

I've changed our button colours but don't think I've changed the tabs so I've done a quick subtle job in the browser - see attached.
