I've just submitted a request to increase the maximum file size for customer attachments in Contact Us (part of MyServices).
Currently it's set to 5MB per file - but this is significantly smaller than most photos taken on a phone.
We've had a customer complaint raised because they couldn't submit the photos to support their other complaint!
Do any other Contact Us/ MyServices users have any handy tips on this? I've updated the static text to warn customers upfront about the current limit.

Hi - The support team will be able to assist in increasing from your 5Mb setting for Contact Us to the current maximum which is 10Mb. We also are working on this service to align to the recently released new file sizes which will allow file sizes of 15-20Mb. If you subscribe to release notes you will be notified when this is available.
