Can anybody please advise what they do in govService with regards to Notes.
We are aware that there is the CaseNotes function, however it does not allow for form tokens to be used in the integrations, so we are unable to pull out of the process the individuals / groups that may have been assigned to different processes.
Has anybody found a solution / workaround for this? As we don't want to have to create 1000+ email integrations that could be used in the CaseNotes functions.
