Print from area is not recognizing that we have the vital record to print

we created an order to print out a confidential license onto banknote however after we select the order to print the print from section does not give us any options to print from such as vitaldocs, outside etc..

This is the first time this has happened.  Do you think it has to do with the the record itself?
