Hello and welcome to the “Get Help” section of govCommunity! This is an area where users and administrators of any of our Granicus software solutions can ask questions, and get answers from other users in the community, as well as guidance from Granicus product experts.
Because this is a brand new community built from the ground up – we wanted to give some quick guidance and let everyone know what to expect. As with other parts of the govCommunity platform – please review our community guidelines before posting and contributing
How do I ask a question?
Simple! Once you’ve logged into govCommunity via the login button at the top of the page – Navigate to the “Get Help” section of govCommunity, then select “Product Questions". Then just click on the bright red “Start a Conversation” button and ask away!
Is posting to govCommunity how to contact Granicus Technical Support?
No – if you need direct assistance from Granicus Technical Support for any of your current products, please visit https://support.granicus.com , where you can create a case, initiate a chat and even give us a call.
However – Granicus Support is very much a part of and will be an active participant in the community to help facilitate and guide answers to questions where we can.
I see there’s an FAQ section – is this the new Granicus knowledgebase?
The FAQ section is a new section where Granicus Support Moderators will take the most common and useful Questions and Answers from govCommunity so they can be found in one, easily searchable place. However – https://support.granicus.com will still be your stop for our library of product user guides, release notes, group training sign ups and on-demand video content.
