I'm currently serving as the Senior Public Information Officer for the City of Dallas Development Services Department. I haven't used govdelivery, but would like to transition to it from Constant Contact. It isn't very intuitive, so I'll need lots of help. I'm sure this community will be a valuable resource.
I'm sure the community will be a great help as as you start to transition and learn. The Communicators group should be a great asset. Feel free to post in there any questions you might have about email, or to share best practices or brainstorm with other PIOs about whatever you're working on. We have a large community who I'm sure would be happy to jump in and help a fellow government communicator!
