Saw some very cool ways others are communicating with their communities mentioned in the webinar chat. Someone mentioned podcasts - I've actually seen one government use EnagagementHQ to gather stories for their podcast, so cool!


What other ways are you're managing 2-way (or 360-degree) communications? Would love to see some examples of how you're communicating and/or how you're measuring/reporting on those efforts.
